Los Angeles MTA (Bus):

New Flyer D40LF

Metro took delivery of a small number of New Flyer D40LF buses in 1998. This bus order was originally placed and rejected by Citizens Area Transit of Las Vegas, Nevada. As a result, the interiors of these buses are rather different than other Metro buses of the era, and they lack the characteristic metal window frames. Most D40LFs can be found in Metro Local livery, although some still remain in the old "Metro Bus" paint scheme.
